Hey brutha, I am back with you. I love the 4 sided brick. The only think is the house is too close to neighbor, but if it is a quiet neighbors, it might be okay. That space between the diningroom and basement door is called butlers pantry; it is usually located between the kitchen and dingroom. The gleaming hardwood floor are nice.

That area that you called a dry bar is also known as a “butlers pantry” the “wine grid” is next to the beverage refrigerator 😉 love your videos! 🤍

The mature hedges should be trimmed down, good hiding spots for unwelcome critters and unscrupulous people...Appears to be move in ready ,paint colors and flooring..In time you will erase the words ,MASTER, HIS AND HERS, from your vocabulary when describing a space..😀😀
