That's basically a LOFT. I love when a builder gets it right with the kitchen. No more of those basement/ apartment kitchens. The only thing I would change in the kitchen is the sink. I would change it to a double sink. The area coming in from the garage is considered the MUD ROOM. Nice home. A bit overpriced though. The resale lakefront house with all the NYC neighbors warrants that type of asking price. Love that the builder carried the hardwood floors onto the landing/ hall upstairs. I agree they should've took some of that space from the loft and used it for the primary suite. I also love that the in-law/ guest suite has its own bathroom and there's a half bath for incoming guests or when you're down stairs. A basement house on a flat lot! Okay Georgia builders trying to act right!🎉🎉🎉
