Nazik Malak there salary’s are some of the highest in the world the US us of course always compared even through it’s not a good comparison for many reasons being so unique the US is huge but also highly populated throughout relatively speaking compared to Canada and Russia that’s also big but remember there’s pockets in the us where it’s dirt cheap then other areas that it’s some of the most expensive areas in the world to live at etc and another example for wealthy country’s the US is massive in population vs parts of Europe,Switzerland etc are much smaller therefore it’s easier for a country to flourish because there’s less people to care about the US may as well be 50 different country’s put together and then those states(countries ) have city’s that have there own ways rules and laws issues etc so yeah

So... My parents had a home in NJ by the same designer way back in the day. (In a much less ritzy development, pretty far from the City, in a much more modest house. Just to be clear!) I was a preteen when they first started looking at those homes, just as a dream, and I remember countless weekends spent touring model homes. The way they designed the models even 20 something years ago was always over the top and occasionally hilarious. This totally brought me back! Thanks so much for the fun tour and the chance to see how the other half lives. :-)

few tips: 1.take your time filming a section. The camera was swinging constantly and moving too fast. 2.Have one of you present and the other follow with the camera. No problem if both of you talk in the video. 3. Invest in a $70 dollar or so camera motion stick. It smooths out the jerkiness in hand held filming. Good luck.
