The windows in many of these apartments are tinted so you can see out but not in. Also even when that's not the case the general rule is just don't look lol. Also most likely they have either shades that come out of a space between the wall and windows that isn't very noticeable of shades within the window itself that can be controlled with a remote.

Question: _Which option is more affordable! 1. To have your own apartment bought with cash money & to pay the maintenance or whatever you have to pay for that apartment because it is in a condominium or for your example a high rise? 2. To live on a rental with all taxes & amenities included? 3. To live on a bank loan with mortgage or not?

Plus last year blackout in midtown suddenly and everyone inside the elevator is stuck waiting for help. If u r waiting to go home, then u gotta walk the staircase step to reach to the floor of ur apt

They have generators specifically for elevator. Especially when it's really high buildings, even an apartment with 16 floors have a generator for their elevator not to mention an apartment with 46 floors.

I can’t get over on how much NATURAL LIGHT YOU HAVE COMING IN!!!! THIS IS LEGIT GOALS!!!! I live in Florida and they don’t ever have anything as beautiful as this!!! Your house is something from Pinterest 😭😭💗💗💗 I’m working so hard to have my daughter and I move to NY. Ny is expensive for sure so I pray to be successful and be able to afford something so beautiful like this. I grew up in a very broken home and DCf removed me from my home for many reasons cause my parents. So I use that to motivate me to keep going and giving my kid the best life I wish I had 💗✊🏽

Most windows in nyc apartments are actually one way, if you look through them from the other side they're almost all reflective and cannot be seen through, so you wouldn't have to worry about that at all!
