Property developers must invest in good landscaping. That are between the wall of the estate and the street should be filled either with grass, plants, rocks etc. It will make the area look more complete and aesthetically pleasing

The kitchen is small and this is not a modern design for a N135m duplex. I think the Lagos guys are more in tune with modern trends. My opinion though.

If you want to see lush, well planned, well designed landscaping go to Abuja, calabar, Enugu, port harcourt, etc. In Lagos, you’ll have to search. The one state that needs plant life shrubs, trees, flowers the most is Lagos.
