I am familiar with Casabella at Windermere as I visited the community & walked through the model home which is identical to the house in this video. In the model home in the master bedroom half bath, there was a glass door that allowed you to enter into the shower which was a great added touch. I look at real estate all the time & had looked at the pictures of this same house online just last week so I thought that was funny. I love the way you show the house because you actually show the closets while most other realtors don’t, so thank you for that.

These areas are quite secure with guarded gates, walls, and home cameras, so I haven't heard of issues with the glass windows in these communities, but there are other options if that is what you want :). Don't tell people Florida doesn't have any taxes. That's not true. We don't have state income tax but we make up for it in property taxes, car registration taxes and fees, and insurance rates.

Can't believe this house less than 2mil. My home 1.5mil in Silicon Valley, but very small only more 2k square feet 4bed, 2.5bat..... 6k lots size.... This is a beautiful house, I love it high ceilings and all doors 8 foot..... very good video.

Thanks for the kind comment Manh! I've had multiple buyers coming from the valley recently. One showed me a home close to where he lived that was under 2000 sqft and was offered at $3.9M. He ended up buying a 10K+ sqft home here with 325 feet of prime lakefront for 5.7M. What a difference. Plus the savings he has being we don't have state income tax. Working from home has surely motivated quite a few people to move to Florida! Thanks for watching! Mike.

I Love Mostly The Outside Kitchen and Pool Area With the openness And Trees. The Inside I Love The High Tray Ceilings And Windows . With The Entry And Staircase I think A Double Stairs Would Have been Ideal With A Beautiful foyer Design . But it's look Beautiful.⭐❤️
