The formal dinner room is perfect 👌🏽 for family & friends gatherings. Backyard resort and pool are spacious and my favorite part of this mansion. I love my Sundays. Wake up make my morning coffee. Turn on KZbin and watch a Peter Ancona home tour. It's a magnificent home. Beautifully designed, the only change I'd make is add a Dean Martin picture framed photo. Play the song Mambo Italiano and enjoy all the home has to offer. Almost perfect! I love the spacious lay-out. The stovetop is awesome. Excellent gate and walls. Just a few nit-picks. Privacy issue in the backyard with the neighbor's exposed window in clear view. The pool is too shallow and has to much slope on the one side. Not at all ideal for laps. The lack of crack sprayers in the guest bedrooms is a crime. But I really like this property and the structure itself is my favorite kind of house. I hope whoever can afford this can also afford the time to actually enjoy it.

In the comfortable cozy kitchen we can cook delicious meals all day long. 😊 Opening the glass doors, get the feeling that the kitchen is in the yard. Balconies and terraces are closed from the rain, which is always important so that water from the street does not get into the rooms. Good design. Wonderful. 🎉

It’s a very nice house but in some areas maybe a little bit plain/generic. Specially regarding lights. Only standard down lights everywhere… could have been done a lot more with modern led … but in general it’s very nice!
