But just because an house has an floral mural or green 90's marble does not automatically make the house tacky those things can easily be renovated.... I tend to look more at its architecture and that's how i figure out if its an nice home or not.

The reason why it hasn’t been selling is that ex-President’s handling of the country’s economy has devalued properties and, let’s face it, he only thought of himself, typical of a true narcissist! The housing market should pick up now that a real President is at the reins.

Never, NEVER build a home that is 8-10 times larger than your neighbors (within a 0.25mi distance.) If you want to BUILD THAT BIG, do it near homes that are equally as large.
