I have a Louis Vuitton Alma BB in patent leather. It is almost 10 years old and it looks just as good as when I bought it. My grandmother had a Gucci patent leather bag and it looked beautiful after 30 years. I agree about the shoes and clothes.

Absolutely agree ! I do have to say I love the sneakers though 😅 but I am very careful in the Parisian metro with them for use 😂

Ah ah I understand, a lot of my friends love sneakers too ! But yes, if you buy luxury sneakers better be careful in the Paris metro 😊😊

I agree with everything you said. I was once told not to get patent leather, because it scratches easily besides fingerprint marks would also drive me crazy

I agree with everything you said. I only buy luxury items that I know will last me a long time. For me, living in Canada, boots and coats must be warm and functional. Also, we wear them so much in so many situations that they get really worn out really quick. I feel the same way about shoes. Although I would love to have chanel shoes or sneakers, I feel as if I would feel guilty to wear them so much since they would easily get worn out. I stick to luxury bags, scarves, and try to find deals on the second hand market.

Exactly !! I could not imagine wearing Chanel or Hermès boots in the dirty city snow, especially when they add salt or tiny stones 😅 True leather destroyers 😂

❤ merci pour la vidéo. Je suis plutôt de ton avis! Sauf pour les baskets 😅 je ne porte presque que ça, j’adore leur confort! Donc j’ai pas mal de modèles tendance ou de luxe 😅 (les Hermès sont superbes!) et j’ai l’impression de n’en avoir jamais assez! 😂

Je comprends complètement, c'est super à la mode et comfortable 😊 Même si ce n'est pas trop mon style, je suis plusieurs chaînes ou elles montrent leurs baskets et certaines marques de luxe en font vraiment des magnifiques 😍🥰 J'ai le même problème avec les escarpins et les ballerines Repetto 😂

I’m an opposite, I invest into items that suppose to keep me warm and dry because I buy clothes to feel good but just to look stylish

What she means is that she will buy a brand specialized in winter/ weather products such as hunter or sperry, as opposed to Louis Vuitton or Chanel

@@ivaneteroark710 she said she would Burberry trench coat only when she is sure there is no rain, sound quite crazy to me. I understand she can do whatever she wants, but clothes have its purpose. For example trench coat is not just for the look it’s to protect her from rain.

I disagree about about the clothes. When taken care of they could last 15 years +. I love buying cashmere on sale. Especially luxury coats in cashmere. Many places cashmere sweaters and coats are blended with other fabrics making it itch and it is made with low quality. Finding thick good luxury cashmere is nice, even if it is pricey luxury. I don't pay luxury price for regular virgiv wool.... would not happen.

I understand ! 😊 But I'm not sure we fully disagree: I have no issue paying the price for good quality, but that doesn't necessarily mean going for brands like Celine or Dior... For clothes the best would be to go for specialised brands, for cashmere in France Eric Bompard is extremely renowned 😊 And it costs a fraction of a luxury/branded cashmere 🙈 (This being said, for cashmere I was very impressed a few years ago by the quality of Uniqlo ! Did you try them ?)
