Someone didnt think this out well enough. Why would you put a house that huge on such a tiny lot? The back yard isnt even an actual yard. Its a sliver of grass. Imagine being a big baller and having this home to stare out your windows and see nothing but a wall (instead of a nice, beautiful, back yard.) And what if whoever lives on the other side of that wall likes to play loud music 24/7, party, do metal fabrication or work on cars and grind, saw or hammer on stuff all day or has several loud, barking dogs? 😂 You would be stuck with the noise. Id want some acreage. I want enough space to build a gun range on my property and have actual privacy with all those large, open windows.
