This luxury mansion is located in Del Sol Valley in The Pinnacles neighborhood, on the Chateau Peak lot. It is a massive 64x64 lot and has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a butler's room, 2 living rooms plus a loft space at the top of the stairs, fitness center with an indoor onsen, home office, and music studio. Outside, the home also has a half court basketball court, firepit, two bars, multiple lounge areas, outdoor kitchen/dining, and large pool. This home is over half a million simoleons ($573,310) but it has so much to offer!

❗ I fixed an issue with sims not being able to enter the bathroom next to the kitchen. The wall clock was obstructing them so I deleted it and re-uploaded it to the gallery. But if you have already downloaded it and can't figure out what the issue is, just remove the wall clock.

Love the house! I downloaded it and the small bathroom next to kitchen when you have a sim use it they wave their hand like something’s obstructing their path! I can’t figure out what’s blocking them!

I’m sorry 😕 the only other things I can think of is make sure that the maxis curated box isn’t checked or you might need to have the custom content box checked (even though there isn’t actually custom content in the build, I think the debug items sometimes trigger it)

Hi! Are you talking about the paintings in the house? If so, you can get those from the Sims 4 gallery, they were created by other simmers. Look in the description of the this video and towards the bottom I listed the creators and the names of the paintings. Search by item name while in the Sims 4 Gallery using those painting names that I listed and you should find them. 🙂
