LUXURY MEGA HOME from an old shack? (Minimal $$) (pt.1)

MINIMAL budget, NO SKILL - can we transform an old house into a millionaire house?
I've built the fake cybertruck, and I've done numerous small renovations on my own, but never anything on a scale like this before! If I want to continue to build cool cars in the future, I need to make some cash first! I took out a mortage and loans during one of the worst housing markets in the last decade, and bought a run-down house to remodel into a SUPER LUXURIOUS Villa! I will try to do everything right and work with professionals where needed, but everything needs to be on a SUPER TIGHT budget, and DIY. Can I do it, or am I IN WAY OVER MY HEAD?
