Pretty much right to me.. The ghetto from Chicago, rocket ski taxes, parvity etc.. Stealing cars, in nice areas causing people retired to move out their homes because they don't wanna deal with the crime because areas changed. From the clowns from Chicago or poor suburbs stealing nice cars committing crimes. Go figure

It has its good points. Like NYC and San Francisco. Gotta take the good w the bad if you want opportunities. I'd rather live in the Chicago area than west Virginia or north Dakota or Alabama, etc etc etc etc. Even IF every official was NOT corrupt and there were no taxes.
