I have to tell you this; unlike others who interview RVers you let the person talk without interrupting them. Most others ruin the interview by constantly interrupting the person talking. That is very annoying. You for the most part wait until the person is finished then you ask any questions you have. So I wanna thank you for all of us who appreciate that. I watch alot of your videos and they are all very interesting. Thank you.

I can’t tell you guys how much I love your ways! I’m a NYer transplanted to PA & now in MD. I had a great apt in midtown, owned a historic home. Renting now until I make my decision but Patrick, you’re it. Knowledgeable, look to be trustworthy & everything else that makes it comfortable for a solo woman traveling! For a 2011 van, this build is quite remarkable. Loving a few things, the tv. Pop up, the slide itself, the bed (oh mama), the bathroom and the LED lights. I love this van. I live in Australia and you would never find such a terrific van here, if you did, it would cost the earth. We have not been r.v. I love this RV, The layout is simple and roomy, and yet it offers functional amenities. It has a reliable mercedes motor and should give people worry free travels. I can't imagine how great it would be if it has a mini washer/dryer inside.

Thank you for this video. It was very informative. I love that it has a toilet and shower with a microwave and refrig. The Murphy bed is awesome and looks comfy. It has all the comforts of home. Great design!! I would live it that RV and forget about living in a home or apartment.

@@nitebags beautiful RV love the layout especially the the shower/bathroom area. That extend out really gives it a spacious feel to everything. But I'm curious,I believe you said you got it in May and are already thinking of selling it what is the main reasons if you don't mind me asking I know you mentioned you might want something a little bit smaller? I live in Florida and just recently started looking to get something that I can live in permeantly for a few years while still being able to get around and I feel like I could do that in something this size while still being able to feel comfortable if I had to stay indoors for a extended period of time. I believe that's my biggest dilemma is finding something small as possible while still feeling comfortable if I had to stay in one place for awhile. So I'm curious on your thoughts on that? I really appreciate you sharing your beautiful LTV!

Good information because I haven't seen the inside before. Also, I didn't know that these Class B were not allowed on certain roads, I did know you were supposed to always turn off the propane when traveling but I didn't know there were areas that would request to inspect the propane. Absolutely stunning 😍😍. This is the 1st time I have ever seen a van with this layout and wow it truly is a home away from home. Infact I would call it a home and class it as a home not an RV. They have thought of absolutely everything every last detail has been covered. Wish they sold this type of 'home' here in the UK cos I bet they would sell out fast I know I would sign up for one but I would want solar panels on the roof also just say all my power was covered. I love this one! I would like to add some sort of contraption though that would elevate a solar panel up above the ac unit and the vent when you are parked. Reducing the need for propane. I don't know if that is possible because I've never seen it done. Thanks for all the info at the end like where you can't go with propane and all the rest. I haven't heard about that on any other video. And the info about the different classifications of RVs. Very helpful for someone like me who is in the dreaming and research stage.

Because it’s separate from the rest of the bathroom. Some models have a “wet bath.” Toilet, sink and shower head where everything gets wet.
