Looks like an office or museum interior (I guess one will have to add their own style and decor to it).. I also see over $30k a year in property taxes, $20k in maintenance costs, $15k a year in HOA fees, $13k a year in utility costs.. $100k a year to keep this property afloat isn't bad at all..

@@chakits1 Although the price is fine for what you get, I'm not sure if I want to live in Vegas. Also, I'm a MCM person, just love the look.. We only get about 1800sq ft on average and the cost is about $2million in Northern California and 50% of the time the house needs some modern renovations.

I would rather you use the stairs to keep Fit and Healthy for my age. I love the master bath with the counters his and hers. I don't know about the price, It seems expensive for being in Las Vegas. Maybe for Palm Springs the price is right for the Mountain Views. Once I seen the backyard It is BEAUTIFUL! WHAT A GEM!!! I changed my mind. It is Magnificent. It reminds me of Guadalajara, Mexico. They have nice homes like this.

I see all that glass and I wonder if anyone ever says you know what I'd rather have good insulation in a harsh environment, a little privacy from my neighbors seeing everything in the house, some light control for being able to see the games on TV on a weekend, etc. Tastes vary but I don't necessarily love all those views anyway.

Hey brother. Do you know if there is a way to view big houses/mansions like this is las vegas for the average person who can't afford them? I love looking at homes and I'm passionate about architecture. Your videos are awesome and I enjoy/appreciate watching them and what you do. I guess you've never been to Las Vegas or any desert city, because 90% of power boxes are outside on the side of the house. Its just the way it is.. Also, many communities are on septic systems and propane gas.. Desert living is much different than green or seasonal living.

There are plenty of people who have no issues spending $6 million for a house. These homes are for those that earn at least $2 to $5 million a year and can afford to lose money in investments.. These homes are not for those that earn $200k a year and have debt such as credit cards, child support.

That would be the worst $6.5m ever spent. Kitchen is attrocious, pantry is disgraceful. It's going to stay on the market for a long time. The design, unfortunately is severely lacking. It's built for a strip view but there is none. The most I would pay for and live there would be 2.5m, but there are better houses out there. The only redeeming qualities about the space are the neighborhood - A gate within a gate is extra fancy and exterior design, but as soon as you walk in... it all goes away. If you're the designer and you're reading this, don't take it personally, you win some, you lose some. You lost on this one.

The build quality and materials used seem to be excellent here.. 6000sq ft is a lot.. Same house in the Hollywood Hills would be more than twice the amount. Put that same square footage in a NYC apartment and you will be paying $30 million..

First of all I love the new intro Chuck you killed it with that one don't change it keep it,😊😊😊 now in terms of the house first the good the kitchen is nice and it has some good finishes here and there the fridge was cool to look at I wished you had opened it up though, and the oven and stove was really cool but in terms of the cabinets they are of good quality but just to smooth and plain looking for my tastes.😕😕😕 Next in terms of the entry there is just to much marble and it looks really slippery another accident waiting to happen? I just think they over did it with the marble through out the house and aside from that it would get really cold in the winter🥶🥶🥶, but the carpet in the rooms is nice that I have no complaint's about. 😋😋😋 in terms of the bathrooms they look really boring and what not I mean the house just lacks color and the cozy feeling of being in a home and what not.😕😕😕 But the materials that were used to design all the showers and sinks and vanity's are of top notch if I said no it would be a lie, but one thing I really liked are the views from the house and the backyard is really nice and so is the pool and those pocket doors are an excellent addition to the home.😊😊😊 It's also cool that there is an elevator in the house but the home not being all one level was a deal breaker for me.😕😕😕 It's just to much over kill and no the extra garage space is not cool either it just looks like a lot of wasted space for other things that could have been included and the basement downstairs SIGH😕😕😕 just to much marble again and the area concerning the walk way into the bar it was just plain weird and to narrow. Another thing about the home that was awesome was the floating staircase that was good but I don't really care for stairs anyway.😕😕😕 So would I buy this home NO, it's not for me yes like I said the materials or should I say most of them are good but the home is just to big for my tastes and the layout is not my style at all, don't get me wrong the home is nice but the fact that it's on a slope is another turn off, well Chuck thanks for the home tour it was most appreciated it gave me ideas for the future, looking forward to the next tour and NO we will not be having a BBQ in this house either.😋😋😋
