Real estate varies in different areas. This is located in an upscale section of the island, the fixtures in the home are also high end. I think the price is fair based on my experience 🤷🏾‍♀️

No Land in Kingston and if you want a house it's going to be a old house so if you want to live in Kingston in modern accomodations it's going to be mostly apartments available tbh.

@@4evahodlingdoge226 thank you for your lesson on living in Kingston, especially St. Andrew where I was born and lived all of my life. Thank you for your lesson but this price is still bullcrap. 50 million for any apartment is rubbish. for a townhouse I would understand but for a apartment NO. I know where Lakehurst Drive is and it is still not worth is. Yes I would much rather buy a old house for fifty and fix it up that's a much better bargain. You can get an apartment at the Promenade Cherry Gardens for far less than this. It's a bad deal

@@4evahodlingdoge226 actually no I have lived in Upper St. Andrew all my life and I have never lived in an apartment or even a townhouse. Perhaps you are referring to those migrating from other parishes such as St. Catherine those new to the area

@@4evahodlingdoge226 in my neighborhood many single-family homes are being bought at a low price and demolished and multi-story apartment complexes are being erected on those lands totally changing the character and layout of areas like mine. Many elderly people who still live in these houses are being approached by Developers who want to make a huge profit from this.
