The landscape especially in the back yard is absolutely spectacular. That pool is truly magnificent. It reminds me of a mini Disneyland. Jill is a gracious host allowing you to tour her beautiful home. I'm surprised the closet in the primary bedroom wasn't bigger. This home definitely has the wow factors.

Oh wow! I love the garden indeed. Getting older, those stairs in the garden are not convenient for older people. I don’t like the fact that the next building is straight next to them. However, if you can get along with them, and even become friends, it can be a good thing. And it feels saver. Talking about the house: I really loved it!!! My compliments for the owner who really thought about all the details. Beautiful colours everywhere. My favorite and also lucky colour is blue. All kinds of blue, I also like grey, lighthgreen, beige, some orange; just all the colours I would pick. I also love wallpaper. She even had blue washingmachines! I also like the curves in the home. I just loved everything. If I would want to live in Vegas, I would definitely buy this. Seriously!!

Never would I ever thought I would hear two words put together in regards to a $4.7 Mill Home.... "Luxury Vinyl".... Great add-ons to a tract home. Wonderful inside, but, it's still a tract home in a sea of cookie cutter 1.5 to 1.9 Mil tract homes. I will be damn surprised that you get that number. Not knocking the home or acreage. Its amazing what they did with it. I will be watching to see what this home sells for.

@@truthseeker6377 FYI: The fancy pool was built with the house back in 08... Which sold for 1.8m.... Not sure how a 1.8m house accrued so fast to 4.75m when all of the surrounding homes are still pegged at 1.6m to 1.8m.. Walls made of gold?

@@robgrt I mean to be fair, this is remodeling level Nebula. And if you're interested in a private oasis, then this is what the doctor ordered - but your point is one of the most basic things to know about real estate - location. If you overly renovate, that money goes out the window because it doesn't match the location. So in this case, yeah you have an incredible unique and artistic interior and exterior, but as you stated, you're in the middle of a bland tract housing neighborhood.
