this is a prime example of why location matters. I think this house is absolutely perfect for me; even the color scheme is outstanding. but I just can’t imagine living in a house where there is a racetrack almost in my backyard! put this house in The Ridges or Ascaya, and I would be all in.

Amazing I love the sound of water as you walk in. Only thing I would change is I would of done a recreation pond style pool that uses natural filtration so no chlorine needed

Beautiful home Chakits. Very nice you can have a little retaining wall in the back for safety. This property here has all the finishings. I love the garage and that 13 window van I believe. Then upstairs with a formula car is. There's a beautiful picture window looking at that Cadillac truck a perfect view. CHAKITS why you never have your KZbin channel play on the screens when you enter these beautiful million dollars. estates. Ur honest and give all the details about these homes that most people don't even know before they buy.. CHAKITS NOBODY DOES IT BETTER. 💕

I think the loud sound of race cars speeding past every few moments would get old after about an hour... not sure I could live here. Funny the tour guide said a couple of times he didn't want to go outside because it was too windy and cold yet the main room of the house is wide open with the huge large glass door lifted in the air. 🤣

This incredible home has it all for the man in the house as well as the woman. A great kitchen and master bathroom for the woman and the man cave and the garages for the man. Plus them two can enjoy watching the cars speeding on the racks while grilling out their steaks and hamburgers. Everyone complaining about "the noise" from the track. These houses are built in such a way that if you have everything closed, you will not hear the outside noise from the track. Also, you are on a straight away. You would have to be a horrible driver to lose control, bounce over the tires, and crash into the house.
