I was born in Florence and lived in Porta Romana, very close to where this villa is, and the location is *amazing* . It's on top of San Gaggio hill, on the south side of Florence, with amazing views all around (you can see from the video). You can literally *walk* to Boboli Gardens entrance in Porta Romana in 15 (all downhill), to Ponte Vecchio in 20/25 minutes. Driving the other direction there's the Certosa (about 10 minutes), or go to Impruneta, and the wonderful hills of southern Florence province with Greve in Chianti, San Casciano, etc. It is also just 10 minutes drive to the highway A1 entrance.

Haha, yes, that furniture is ATROCIOUS! And I couldn't decide whether people actually live there; I concluded they do but just barely. No spreads or linens on several of the minor beds, no books or other items on the bookshelves, only minimal personal items -- but a dog bed! Maybe they're just in transition. Still a lovely place for almost $9 million USD.

Beautiful house with gorgeous gardens, and amazing views of the city of Florence, but however I thought the inside of the villa, in my opinion, came in the category of nice but boring. The bathrooms were the best part, but I kept wanting to put rugs on the floor and paintings on the walls, or putting more colors in the rooms, to give them some personality. Btw Danilo, you have a lovely voice, and dress very stylishly! Well done indeed again!

What a magnificent Villa! Could certainly be a dream come true fr the correct people with the ability to purchase it. Love the third floor with so many possiblilies. Healing Touch or Reiki healing for relaxation could be one of the programs offered or treatment. It only balances the energy within the body to help the healing, but it is not a cure-all. It is legal in the U.S. but not sure if France has this, also? Both are done a little differently and I can do this myself. But that is only one idea for use of the third floor. But at the same time, if one did not need any extra income or the need to reach out to people, then they could just use the upstairs in any way they so, please. Lovely grounds! The Terraces with the views are beyond any words.

SOLD I just bought this property (well in my dreams it is 😋😜) I have seen a lot of properties passing by on your channel, and some I surely could see myself live in, but always ... during watching your video I had some ideas to change things, things I did not like that much or could be improved. Some notes while watching this video: Grazie Danilo! Once again breathtaking location and property, but what else we can expect from You. Nice detail is that there is doggy bed already there. If you decide to buy this property, remember that Firenze Airport has shortish runway and requires heavy braking. It is quite an experience. If your only aircraft is 747, AB 330, 340 or 350 please use Pisa Airport. 😎
