The mansion is magnificent! The exterior landscape is manicured to perfection and lush. The interior neutral colors are clean and bright and furnished in total elegance. The fireplaces in the living, dining and lower level are EVERYTHING (got to have a fireplace or 2 or 3) and add that romantic vibe and warmth. The guest house is cute and opulent as well, with another spectacular fireplace. Thanks Danilo and your team for the tour. Oh, we also like when you speak a few words in Italian in the video's it's such a beautiful language....

Absolutely stunning! This I can see as a perfect wedding venue. I think people would love to wed here with this landscaped area and the pools and so many areas pictures can be taken and a lovely cottage to live in while here. No matter which side of the Villa you want to live on, or if you even decide to rent one side out, it is perfectly fine. I think if you have family that do not live very near at all, and they want to visit once a year you can find a perfect area they may want to sleep and just get away by themselves at times and enjoy this freedom when needed? Great location too. Would not need to worry if you forgot something as the stores would not be too far. If anyone could afford a Villa like this, I think they would be so lucky and certainly would have a grand lifestyle, and everything would be there in order to make it all work for them. A Cafe or Restaurant would be a fantastic idea for the lower floor of the Villa, Danillo!! Especially for a wedding, perhaps? ( could you imagine the owner of the Villa, having their own wedding reception there!?! Now that would be very exciting, I think, something to always remember!) Maybe the whole wedding, but then they may want to be married in the church, and then come home with special family and friends to enjoy some time with them? ( They would need help at home to work at the Restaurant/Tavern area for them, on such a memorable day as that) Just a dreamer, who likes to plan things. Excuse me.. lol Your Villa's keep doing this to me!) This has to be like being in 'Paradise" though?

How can 'Nouveau Riches' foul the Hill of the Goldly skies of such Blessed land as Italy... I happen to not only love Italy just as my parents did , but also am blessed to have had a Florentine 'Parrainage' to walk me to my baptism. For me, when in a Mansion, if the 'Piano Nobile' is not with a pedigree vested in the history of Italy, any price price would be an overcharge. Now that said, God providing me the right to retire to Italy, no one would be my adviser but a Romolini.
