I know the yacht… a lot of times in the port in Palma.. crazy Situation. In the End they have to go to the jail. If you drive drunked a car you be able to kill people on the street.. but with a boat that size.. can be a disaster like this..

It has been well said that “the rich are not like you and me” and it’s certainly the case that often with very great wealth comes a moral decline and disdain for the ‘little people’ - the phrase used by the (now late) New York heiress Leonora Helmsley who when charged with tax evasion told the tax authorities that she thought ‘taxes were for the little people’. This unrepentant attitude doomed her to serve time instead of what usually would have been punished by a stiff fine. I hope this rich very rich young pilot serves time as well as financial restitution to the victims family

Doesn't make sense, 3 men in the fishing boat didn't even notice their friend fell out ??? And did 1 fall out but not the other 2 ?? It's Not against the Law to Drink alcohol on a Yacht that is Literally setup with a Mini Bar and stocked with Wine and Alcohol. And don't Say the Captain, He Never ever mentioned the Captain... And Correct the Captain shouldn't touch alcohol while on duty, nobody should while working.
