Love Richmond American The Robert Model, I first saw it between 4-6 years ago, then I didn’t hear any realtors say anything about them until 6 months ago, but I heard you mention the larger Robert and Rocco model . Did you video how those models look vs how they looked 6 years ago. Can you show your videos of them please The Robert Model was my favorite. What is the choice lot size for those larger models. Thank Mr C. ( where’s those cookies? )

If I was moving over I’d be a buyer of this house. I’d want it exactly like it is, I’d make some cosmetic changes and get the painter to colour code all the power points or change them. Power points in the USA destroy the look of the whole property. Here in Australia you can have them designed to match each room.

Is this home starting from $1.3M, or valued as is at $1.3-$1.5M?

What they told me is that they’re going to be coming in around 1.3 to 1.5m as spec from the builder once they start these later this summer. So that would be with options, lot premiums etc
