I'm surprised by how cheap it is in terms of sq ft and location. I'm from CA but if we ever move there then I will definitely contact you. This is a beautiful home. Shame it doesn't have a pool.

Layout is very cavernous and the number of doors & their swinging close proximity seems very overlapped. This is what we call convoluted flip on an older property. The countertops appear to be lower-tier quartz and generic and it is not well-appointed throughout for this price range. Is that LVP flooring? 😂 I’m guessing this home sold to an investor for around $750-$825K and they’ve got about $125K into it, or less…cheaper materials & poor craftsmanship. I’d be shocked if $1.25 M wasn’t already a reduced figure from an initial very high asking price. The backyard has potential, but that’s it. Someone who likes to explore caves will certainly buy it…
