Hello Cherish Adventure, thank you for watching the video 😊. The electricity in the development is on the main grid for Ghana. The development has a standby generator with the capacity for these features, in a black out the generator comes on right away and you can continue to enjoy your home 😊

Very good video. $750,000 for this house. Talk about overpricing.
@ANAARKUTUSTAKE3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching and for letting me know. 😊. Considering the Ghanaian luxury real estate market prices, it’s actually not overpriced, a number of developments without these features are priced higher and with these features you are more likely to get tenants easily compared to others. The rental rates are also quite good for the homeowner and so gives a good investment yield.
@Htman3 жыл бұрын
@@ANAARKUTUSTAKE yes you're right. But if only people knew building this house yourself would cost just a little over quarter that price. Check out the South African or even the Nigerian real estate market.

Brilliant video but so many luxury properties in Ghana are empty and stay empty for years if not expats Ghanaians don’t rent homes for 6 thousand dollars a month it’s ridiculous I reckon you should try do some mid luxury and standard homes. But great visuals by the way 🌍
@ANAARKUTUSTAKE3 жыл бұрын
Thank you Nigel. Yes, I do plan to do videos of entry level or mid luxury homes. Thank you for taking the time to watch and letting me know what you think. It is true that Expats usually rent properties in Accra. I advise and guide my clients to be mindful of location and number of properties in a development when buying. This property is strategically located in Cantonments close to desired amenities and top international schools and there aren’t many of them in the same development thus a greater potential to rent.
