I think this hotel is a steal at SGD $77.65 a night, including buffet breakfast. Not a bad place to stay if you are reaching Kansai Airport late at night.

yes it is, I was there last year and it was in the same building i think.If not it has to be next to it, the only bad thing was that it was a smoke hotel and smelled bad
