Absolutely stunning, I adore this home from the outside of the black brick to the inside. All black everything. Looks sooo elegant. Outside deck is nice, as I would add a pool. Backyard is big enough for fruit trees. 10 across the board although a finished basement would be a plus. I'm glad you show homes within different price range and also new homes. As I always state, I'm in California where a beautiful new home in nice area with this acreage isn't possible at this price point. Not even far out in a city such as Lancaster which is far from Los Angeles. Don't know how far this city is from Atlanta but amazing home nevertheless. I'm on my daily grind and I enjoy sitting, taking a breather and watching these video. Pardon me, if I misspelled any words, I'm not wearing my glasses 😂

I love it when you show houses that are spaced out and not so close. The house was a lovely selection of colors, I must add that if the main floor tile on the first floor was white porcelain tile to compliment the black instead of the brown flooring, that house would go to another level

10s across the board. This home is perfect. I want my home to look like this but on a smaller scale. The color scheme is continued inside from outside. Hence, the shower area. I like the basement but would not know what to do with it since there's a ton of space in the home.

I love this house, but I wish all the rooms had a private bath or private access to a bath. There are not enough baths, and that is a dealbreaker for me. I have a big family who loves to visit, and I am huge on one bedroom/bathroom. It is beautiful, though, and I love the black theme throughout. The house is 🔥

Excellent vid as always FMJ, that house is definitely 🔥, I'm just not a fan of all electric houses, but it's perfect other wise. And I think (not sure as I always say) the chains hanging outside could be some sort of marker for pulling into the garage (I'm wondering if they make a noise like a wind chime) but it may help so people do swipe the side of the garage pulling in or just pure decoration. Also pls walk future back in the backyard so we can get a better view of the whole house. And lastly (no shade) but the en-suite is pronounce like (on-suite) .... yeah it's all crazy as h..ll.
