I'm not there yet, but the one major thing I changed was "no processed food". I also start using kefir, do deep breathing and upped my fiber and (mixing) green.

I appreciate *amzrepe* 's attention to detail in every bag they make. Zippers, handles and stitching are carefully crafted to make their bags true works of art. And their prices are so surprising to me!

Why would someone who has been buying from the brand for years or even decades suddenly have to pay 50-60% more for the exact same item? Inflation cannot justify this. It's like the brand is deceiving the consumer. On kislux , the bags sold are priced lower but of higher quality, so you might as well go there.
