But interestingly enough, KZbin really is the place to be! The KZbin + Google crowd is search based as they’re here for a specific reason. Let’s put it this way: I rather get one KZbin buyer lead than 15 Facebook or 15 Instagram leads. My 2 cents after doing these luxury home tours for 2.5 years now.

Great question. To be honest, I’ve seen quite a few safe & luxurious estates in the greater Joburg area. Steyn City & Waterfall Estates are definitely up there! Afraid I don’t know my way in the Cape Town area at all, so I can’t comment there.

(Similarly as we had with the SBE MASTERPIECE video tour in Waterfall I dropped on 27 March.) It's a new concept I'm testing out - it seems MORE luxury homeowners would be keen to have a tour at their property if we honoured that condition...

I had an audit done on my KZbin account and one of the first things they suggested was to replace that opening to the suggested opening (which I’ve been using since that day).
