Great question, Jason. I’ve tried to get in there before but the agents aren’t interested in doing a tour with me. It’ll be featured on LISTING JOZI Season2 now now, but thought to have heard that the owner is doing interior renovations and it’s off the market…not sure why agents are still advertising it🤔

We're in the dining room but I'm still stuck on the entrance. What I wouldn't do just to tour beautiful homes all day. You're great at making these homes look true on camera. Double volume entrance with the chandeliers, 3 different finishes of counter tops, wood glading, the kitchen is everything with white n a touch of grey colour, melee appliances I've never seen a bath situated inside the shower before, the staircase with wood finishes , the bathrooms are stunning i can go on with this house but overall nice tour and quality pictures as always X...

100%, Ramzee - it’s not always easy to keep up with her talking 🤣 In all fairness, in some situations, it’s just not possible to show it. In this example, if you watch 4:44-4:49 you can see in the background that the study area is a huge mess which we covered with a blanket & turned the light off. Later on, as we walked to the guest bedroom, I purposely kept my back to that area as I turned into it and focused on the outside patio instead. Not ignoring her, just trying to showcase the most presentable as possible 🤗 But yes, that’s always the challenge trying to do whilst filming & editing afterwards! Thank you for sharing.
