This stand is way too small for that price. There's almost no yard-space, and I don't like the pool at the front. The interior makes it look like a restaurant (a nice one though), or a hotel. It's not very homely looking, but it can be a win for those who like such things (it honestly resembles a strict office environment). Some parts of it are nice (for example, I love the big custom doors) 😅💐🌷I will seal my criticism by thanking you for a nice video as usual.

100% agree - most of these top end properties offer amazing lifestyles and those get presented best around dusk time! Unfortunately, the sellers, agents, and my diaries don’t always align to have that happen. Plus, from a timing point of view to shoot, the quality of the videos tend to start getting more grainy as well (as experienced in the recent R22.5m Illovo video tour) 🤔

Good point - sometimes we are limited in time when it comes to shooting video... either sun is setting and it's getting dark quickly so we have to hurry up to show the whole house before it gets too dark and video quality drops.... and then we skip toilets (unless they're just wow)
