Just cancelled my booking for Orlando Kingstown Reef and booked a 3 bedroom deluxe here at Reunion. We have already stayed at Kingstown wanted to do a different one this time around. Going with my family of 4 and my in laws. Going to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. I am trying to get an idea of what are room will look like but I keep finding different style rooms. I saw one that was really decked out, very classy looking, then I saw another one that just looked ehhh, like a bigger hotel room. Wondering if all the rooms are different.

Ye, From about 11-4 its packed at the pool, same goes with wilderness but wilderness's pools are always packed

I’m staying here right now and it has been one of the WORST experiences management wise. We’ve been here almost a week and have had so many issues. Yes the homes are beautiful but when noting works it does no good. It’s back to staying on Disney grounds for us. You are screwed if your flight comes in after 5pm cause everyone is off the clock. We had to take an Uber into the resort because we never got a response for an entrance code. (We still don’t have one after 6 days) fortunately the gated resort doesn’t ask questions when Uber tries to enter. We skipped renting a car being we can’t through the gates with a rental and have had to always use Uber. It took 4 days for any maintenance to come out and fix the leaking pool (the filter has a crack in the cap) which we couldn’t use. it didn’t have a working filter , heater, jets, no “as advertised” splash pad..... nothing. All the while we called over and over but because it was over the 4th of July “most people were not working” . So now I have a pool with algae and brown sediment. The gas stove has burners that don’t work , the dish washer doesn’t work , the tv in the main living space doesn’t work. The outdoor patio dining area ceiling fans don’t work (which is no fun in 100 degree heat) . The toilet in the master main floor is leaking water and still has not been fixed because the parts “need to be ordered”. We can’t sleep in the master because the bed cause the dressers are covered in wall decor (artwork and glass ) that have yet to be hung on the walls . Management makes it really clear not to move anything in the home. There is a huge hornet’s nest on the balcony with a beautiful view over looking the pool , woods and golf course. I’m severely allergic to wasps so I can’t even use the balcony. Management knows my daughter is handicapped and needs to sleep in the only main floor bed but could care less we have been struggling with the steps. no one would come out here and make the master bed and toilet usable . The shower was supposed to be handicap friendly but the shower head doesn’t reach the bench so my daughter can shower sitting down. I don’t know what they were thinking when they installed the shower head. NEVER AGAIN!

Wow this sucks, I am sorry this happened to you and your family. I want to stay off Disney property as well, but I do not want to put my family in falsely advertised resort, and be stuck for days at a time. Thanks for sharing your experience, and cautioning us.

Tay Tay Its not falsely advertised, its been fine for me everytime ive been there, amazing place, would recommend, pools are great but from about 11-4 its packed
