No closet in the first floor bed room. Or did I miss it seeing on the video presentation. Not much storage cabinets in all the Bathrooms. No shower enclosure, NO grab bars!, no towel racks, no cupboards. Where do you keep/ hang clothes? No storage cabinets in the garage,solid walls. Stairs in the wrong place. Not a good floor plan, that is my opinion. Lot of flaws.

Aesthetically looking good, but functionally has some flaws. Too much glass facade used on the exterior walls. Functionally, it will be miserable to bare Bangalore Winter. I guess even summer will be hard with excessive heating of inside spaces.
