I did miss your LV collection from a few years ago. One of the best multicolor collections on youtube. I remember watching your videos of you selling them like "noooo!". Ultimately I like that you buy what you genuinely enjoy no matter the brand. If I had to guess and be honest, I don't suspect you will keep this current murakami haul for more than a year as it seems to just be a temporary fad for summer fun but thats okay. enjoy your phases and have a good time giving these bags another life.

So this is why I as soon as I get a bag I grab pure water wipes and wipe the whole vachetta. That creates a uniform honey pattina immediately. and if I get in the rain the droplets will be ok I just wipe my hand through or any cloth and that's it. I love that I don't have to worry tooo much. However I rather get bags without so much vachetta because in Toronto it's always either raining or snowing. But when I do I don't have to fuzz terribly about them

Thank you, Jess. You inspired me to get the multicolor bucket bag! Waiting for it to arrive. I had looked at so many different models of the vintage white multicolor bags over the past year and no single one called out to me. Many shapes were really cute, but looked heavy, didn’t show enough of the multicolor or were too large. I thought I might settle for the PA, however I don’t actually own a drawstring bucket bag yet, and seeing you model yours helped me decide it was the right size. And it was a good reminder to check for the peach bleed through and make sure I was OK with it. 😁

i actually have the Trouville in black multicolor and the Priscilla in white😂 from the two i like the Trouville better because of the pocket (perfect for phone) and the Priscilla has a bit of an awkward depth and shape for me. these bags are meant to have fun don’t listen to the people who want everything pristine. take them out in the rain and enjoy fashion! love your 🎄

Jess! I think this bag is Awesome!!!! Great size and it looks great! Take a bit of hairspray on a cotton swab and press it gently into the ink mark. You need to repeat the process many times but it should lift the ink… DO NOT RUB and TEST this in an inconspicuous spot in case it lifts the lining color!

The bag is beautiful and great find , I personally don’t mind dark Vachetta , on the contrary I think it compliments the character and history of vintage bags. Last year I bought a vintage LV Montsouris backpack . The Vachetta was relatively in great condition but when I travelled to Turkey the rain was unavoidable so it darkened a lot , I still love it and rock it and don’t think of replacing the vachetta. Hi Jess! Love this black multicolor one! It got the perfect size for you. It is also so your style. If you want to clean vachetta a little, you can rub some distilled water with Q-tips and then condition it with leather conditioner after it is fully dried. It worked well for my vintage LV bags. For pen marks, try nail polish remover.

Also we have something called Jim’s Juice in the states. It works great on canvas but careful with the vachetta if it’s not already darkened. I’ve used it on LV and then Versace leather, etc. works great!

Ink is easily removed with an alcohol pad. I love vintage bags also and clean myself gently. Always use moisturizer first and gently wipe down in circles with damp towel distilled water . I will send pictures if i figure out how. I also just bought my first multicolor black approx $750. In America we try to stay under $800 due to custom fees. I love your bag. And I love darker vachetta.

I love all of your finds Jessie...If it were me, rather than sending any in to LV, I would prob just have the parts with bleeding painted - there are experts who can freshen those areas up and basically just "restore" them to look original❤

I don’t think that the flaws are any big deal. You found a perfect solution for the pen marks. I prefer black multi bags, because I feel like I can wear these year round. I only will wear white multi in spring and summer. Keep this bag and enjoy it. ❤💜💚💙🧡💛
