Another good video. Excellent camera work. Gore Park has long and some what controversial history.For many years starting about 1913 they had underground washrooms. The fountain and park has been redesigned many times. Thanks again for showing the good side of Hamilton. Like I said before every town city has bad areas we pretty much only hear bad news nowadays. Some people might not know but Hamilton has a big film industry. Movies like the Umbrella Academy,Coroner,Queens Gambit and Murdock Mysteries were filmed here.

@@quesadamaria I've lived in Hamilton for over 70 years. Yes, it is safe. Although I don't think it is wise to venture along any major city's downtown core after dark.

Gore Park starts on James St. and if you walk along King St. to Wellington St. that is exactly 1 km. Return trip would make the walk 2 kms. So not sure how you came up with a 4 km walk.

I didn't feel that way... but there is always a risk in doing something... we just need to be aware of surroundings and evaluate the risk
