⁠​⁠​⁠@@firud468It is 5%, most games actually scew the odds in the player's favour. In XCOM2, the only difficulty that actually tells you your true chance to hit is the hardest one, Legendary. Easier diffculties give a global aim bonus to your units (Rookie gives 1.2, verteran gives 1.1) that it doesn't talk about. And any difficulty that's not Legendary gives aim bonus for every shot you miss. Limbus Company doesn't have this system. On 45 Sanity, you have a 95% chance to roll heads. It's just that many other games lie about percentages, and that humans are very, very bad at 'feeling' probabality (it's why the solution to the monty hall problem feels a little weird.)

PM doesn't usually nerf this kind of stuff, in ruina people have insane strategy with Yesod floor and red mist's passive, which makes 1 turn everything, so comparing to that strategy evade isn't something op
