As someone who spent 32 years in retail in Canada Tiffany’s stock went up several levels in my book for flying your own SA to NYC to host you while you were there. That is luxury service. That is what should happen when you are a loyal client and looking at spending a considerable amount of money. I was in IT the last decade of my career before I retired. In IT I might fly 30 times across the Country or even to another continent to close a multi million dollar sale. The customer service that should be expected at certain levels of investment is sadly not what we see all to often in the luxury retail world today. I’m so happy to see Tiffany gets it and they are investing in their customers who they are hoping will be customers for life. Your ring is beautiful, you are an incredible woman your husband I’m sure knows just how truly blessed he is to have you in his life and the Mother of his beautiful children.
