Anyone else thinks this wipe is just proof game is falling off? Tried playing it today with a buddy just wasn’t fun. This game will never bounce back

I'm not sure the game is falling off but I do know for me and my buddies I used to play with, we kinda shrugged our shoulders at all the new stuff and the new wipe. I don't wanna do the quests again and I dont see a point in doing them all til there are some major system improvements/overhauls in this game.
