Hey Kano, i can See you put Charge on "F" i find it much more comfortble to put it on my thumb button of my mouse so, give it a try if you have a mouse with this button. With the "New " Quickcast System i got Hammers on left mouse Button and i never need to change spells.

He appears in act 2 regardless of completing the quest, but if you don't save him he'll charge 100 gold per item
