Hi! Thank you for such a beautiful recipe! May I ask what is instant jelly powder? Is it konnyaku jelly powder?

Hi it’s not the same but it has similar properties to konnyaku jelly. You can replace with konnyaku jelly. The only difference is that the jelly may not be so clear

@@ruyijelly Hi! Thanks for your reply. Actually, I wasn't sure what to use, because you stated 4.5g agar agar, and 4.5g instant jelly powder. So I was going to use 4.5g agar powder, and 4.5g konnyaku jelly powder (to substitute the instant jelly powder which you mentioned). Would that be accurate?
