Hi Ali, why don’t you just stack wood around the table. It’s good for bugs and solitary bees ( before you get your hive). Roasting meat is really easy, pop it in, baste and time it, check the temp, rest it, serve! Jamie Oliver has a million recipes. It would be a good vlog to watch you cook it.

Or maybe you can try using some fabric that has the body odor of the whatever animal you want to bring home later, and let Lumi sniff it and get used to it. Though it’s difficult when you have failed to educate your cat during its socialization period...(I’m not a vet practitioner but I used to learn veterinary medicine)

Linx took a back seat to Lumi, you’ve had Winston what? A week! We love our puppy, however We Control Our Home, if we allowed our 2 year old Puppy to control, run our home he’d do it in a heartbeat! We aren’t into cats, but I’ll tell you, I feel absolutely heart broke for Winston, the family he’d known gave him up, now you guys, who and God only knows What Next? God’s creatures deserve better than this! Our son got a dog a couple of years ago, he didn’t realize the time, money, attention he’d have to give, we warned him of the responsibility, our son lives with roommates, they love his dog, I did tell him you’re now in it, for the long haul, you cannot give up on him, he understands now what we meant. I Pray to God Winston finds his forever loving, home.

My kitty Jezzy is a total snot to all other animals she doesn't like many people either. I rescued a baby chihuahua mix so tiny she fit in my hand but even tho I did everything my vet said my cat abused the heck out if that puppy then would hide and pee in my closet. All this to say. I gave it almost twice months and everyone was miserable... so sometimes you just can't win.
