This was so thought-provoking. I particularly loved it when he was talking about how people let the circumstances that they were born into define them. It's a complex relationship because they can be important components of who we become and that connection can be very positive, but at the same time, we often use them as an excuse to limit ourselves. Kunal said that it's a cage we enjoy being in and I find that very true.

I’m two years “late” to this video but in the right place of mind to hear what he’s saying and looking forward to keep on learning about what he said. Incredible soul and mind 😊

Hearing the brief bit about how panic attacks and anxiety attacks are different was a very needed revelation for me. Realizing I've been improperly terming a lot of my experiences. Most have been anxiety attacks, not panic attacks, but explains why I feel differently each episode. Thanks

I’ve been dealing with panic and anxiety for a long time and I cried a lot listening to this podcast. It’s so powerful to have people we admire talking about those very real situations, those very painful moments where we feel so helpless. Thank you so much for this. You guys are amazing human beings ❤️

I want to thank you for this podcast! I found this video on KZbin and realized it was a podcast. I’ve never listened podcast or audiobooks before, because I couldn’t concentrate and I just listened to the music instead. Then I just turned on this episode to fall asleep and found out that o can’t fall asleep as it’s too interesting! So I’m hooked now and it’s because of your podcast. Very interesting X very informative and easy to listen!

I saw him in criminal UK and he was soooo GOOD!!! He will always be Raj in my heart though 💞 one of my favourite characters. Most livable character from big bang theory.,.as well as Amy of course 🙊

Functioning outward in disguise, barely alive inside. Your mind cannot tell you which foot to put forward first. It's deep a therapist chats for any hour, okay, see you in two weeks. Click.....
