I love to frame my greeting cards too! Sometimes it's the artwork and sometimes it's the truly touching written messages from people inside the card that I adore and I'll make that part visible.

when we created our new kitchen we made a walk in pantry which was a huge dream of mine and I still love it, we have the utility coming off the pantry so we can walk through from the kitchen, and we can go out to the garden from the utility so it all flows, it definitely feel like the perfect set up for us

For the orange stained Tupperware, if you toss in a damp paper towel and dollop of dish soap, then shake it for 30 seconds, then the stains will transfer to the paper towel and the Tupperware will be clear again

If I could change something about my house I would have my utility/laundry room upstairs where all the bedrooms are. You have to bring all the washing down just to bring it back up when done. Would make more sense to have it upstairs in my house

I saw Carl Jenkins at the Liverpool Philharmonic years ago, saw him conduct several times, Mum and I would go to his Christmas Concert each year. He conducted that piece you are talking about at one of his other concerts, amongst others he had composed. Such a wonderful man. His wife is’Ma’ from the sitcom Bread, such a lovely lady, she attended all his concerts in Liverpool. Lydia, do check out the Delta Airwaves music, he also composed that. Delta would play it as you took off, quite a magical experience.

I really enjoyed this life admin vlog. These are tasks we all need to do every now and again and having a bit of motivation and inspiration is so helpful. Plus I love to see the neat and tidy results, as I find it so satisfying, even when it’s not my own stuff! I also really enjoyed your two little helpers. They may have had some treat related ulterior motives but most furry helpers do! They are so precious! 🥰 You may want to check out the most beautiful music that sings to my soul since you enjoy classical music so much. The sound track to “Somewhere in Time” is composed by John Barry with the exception of one piece, “A Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini” by Rachmaninoff. The entire sound track is fabulous, so soothing and absolutely gorgeous. If ever I feel anxious, agitated or just restless, this music instantly reaches me on a totally different level and I’m able to find peace and calm. It seriously touches the soul and fills you with its beauty! 💗💗💗

Your vision would definitely come to life and it being your complete vision and if you did would you get your brother to possibly design it? His company’s work and what they stand for is incredible in regards to eco friendly and sustainable homes.

@@nikkimclay5474 I understand that but with the right architect, vision and construction company you can create an “older authentic house ” but more energy efficient and sustainable. From what she has said she would like the kitchen/pantry/utility to be it will be very difficult to find an “older authentic house” already like that they’d still have to do so much work. But they can create their own using all the tools and supply’s necessary to create what they want. Her brother is an architect I’m pretty sure he could possibly create a home in keeping with what they would like as it is possible. Look at the home she has now. It’s a new build but from what they have done to the property in most rooms you wouldn’t think so unless you knew. It’s what you do that makes it. Also the problems older properties come with is not to be taken lightly either.

That was me and the MOT warning. I used to work in a car-centric job and had to check them all the time and since I left that job I occasionally check them for fun when I see a car in a movie/TV show/KZbin. Is it a bit strange to do? Yeah. But glad it helped in this case. I also thought since you'd had mostly new cars for as long as I'd seen your cars in your content, you might not be used to an older car that needs MOT'd every year. So was just passing it along.

Lydia, such a good idea to get some time away for yourselves each week. It may be only a few hours, but because you work at home you need that refreshment. It will be good for both of you. Yes sir babies just want to be near you if you're in there area it's how they all are. My 80 lb puppy of 3 years old miss Ella Bella Eilish prefers to lay down in my pathway to watch me cook so no matter what I do I have to ask her to get up or to try get around her to get into a cupboard or drawer which is hilarious! She's a gorgeous blonde girl who is husky, Shepherd. That is just one of my four fur babies. You can imagine how fun it is for me to organize things with all of them. And if I shut myself away they will just sit and bark or scratch on the door. Yikes! I have just been organizing all of my spices and I'm moving on to all of the cupboards, however as I am still recovering after 14 months ugh, I have to hire someone to come and help me. My housekeepers are too fast and too busy to do such tasks so I'm looking for a nice young person to come in and help this person. God bless you and yours. Love, jenwhite 🥰

An idea for your cards from viewers! Have you thought about getting a scrapbook for them or the bulk of them and maybe framing the most beautiful ones for your office? I feel like you could find some beautiful glass less frames for the ones that really speak to you! Anyways, just thought I'd share! 💗 Ps. You're the only KZbinr that my 2 year old son will happily watch with me because he usually gets bored of watching people just talking as most toddlers do but he LOVES your animals and LOVES your garden and the wildlife you show!
