if users are opening these ads through their phone, wont they need the FB messenger app in order to view it? ive done some tests and if you do not have the app, instead of sending you to the messenger itll take you to the app store to DownLoad the app. Is their a way to have a messenger set up that opens within the facebook app and not send you to go an download the FB messenger app?

Unfortunately, the only way to view facebook messages as of now it to have the Facebook Messenger app, use the desktop version, or use a mobile browser to log into Facebook and view messages from that browser.

Hello! It should be on the ad level under the Message Template section. However, that section only appears if you've selected everything correctly in the ad set level like mentioned in the video.

This is because they come from bot accounts. I have tried messenger ads, spent so much money and I receive a lot of messages. They don't even reply. And mostly they are from people who would just click messenger link even when they have no intention of buying or enquiring
