Lying crying in a canal for 2 weeks without help,without being seen What happened to him?

Florencio has been injured for more than two weeks
and he was seen wandering around a crowded community countless times.
No one helped him. No one fed him.
He became so weak that he fell down,
and then someone threw him to the bottom of a canal
The canal that day was deserted,
But every time it rains, this canal quickly overflows with water.
Florencio couldn't get up and just waited there to die.
