Hi. I've been there in September, in the beginning very hot, at 8 in the morning already up to 30 degrees Celsius.

Ohne Kopfschütteln kann ich mir meinen Rucksack von damals nicht mehr anschauen, scheint aus einem ganz anderen Leben zu sein. Ich kann mich nicht mehr genau erinnern, aber war so um die 15-16 kg, allein 4 - 5 für das Wasser.

I have done a few kilometers only, I was attacked by one of those huge shepherd dogs. It was in an alley having animals huts. Luckily it was a female, she wanted me out of her territory only ! Very scary ! But no bite !

Well, it's funny, you say that. I had exactly the same experience, luckely during my last three days on the trail. Same thing, no bite, but tried to and only got my pants. I very quick picked up a rock, acted like I would throw it at her/him and I was shouting at the monster as loud as I could. Obviously this surprised and impressed the dog. Like this, holding the rock, shouting like mad let me leave place slowly. Very scary situation - it made it to the top 5 of my most unpleasent experiences while travelling.
