Pretty similar with my build however, I rather consider Kukik to replace Nadia cuz I don't really need defensive-healing mode sometime. For the core, give Heavy Tank core a try to Tarma, it will let him summon Mecha with no intervals between! As well as the ult skill for entire team can clearly be faster charged. Lastly don't forget about gems. If you lucky enough, having rare/legendary gems with skill cooldown effect for Lyla is extremely awful.

3:50, you're definitely misunderstanding the role of Crit Rate here, she NEEDS it to proc more small puffers. The more frequent she crits, the faster the puffers will spawn. It's just if she's promoted to lv4 (on your Lyla) she has better chance (26% on lv4 promotion talent) on spawning puffers when she hits crit damage and higher crit rate means faster spawns. I agree on reducing crit rate a little but saying she DOESN'T NEED defeats the purpose of higher proc rate and her being effective. I rarely reload my gatling with Lyla in almost all of the contents in MSA. I run 44% Crit Rate 99.9% Crit Damage 30% Long Range Bonus.
