Thanks for doing these Lyman Easy video's ..... I haven't seen very many and they actually are quite a good reloader, particularly for low to medium volumes of Cowboy shotshell needs.

As I remember the markings are in 20 pound increments to seat the wad.

I just bought 2 of the easy loaders by Lyman, Your stack is a little short you can add a couple of over shot carboard punch outs made from poster board etc or an under shot 20 guage poster board punch out. I make my own by putting a punch upside eown in vise and passing the poster board over it and hit it with a plastic hammer. I can make 30 a minute , Good job on the videw very nice. real quality press. Looking forward to loading in the next few days on mine.

I just found this new video that you have done since your first one. You've learned a bunch since your last post! Glad to see. I've built probably thousands of shells on this loader. I'm trying to fix my loader up since it got packed away and I lost some of the small pieces. I'm hoping you could send me a couple measurements of the smaller pieces. I'm hoping to build them via my 3D printer. Any dimesions you can give would be appreciated. 1. The 2 black primer set parts (Primer set and outside ring). length and diameters (both inside and outside) I have the spring still. 2. Also the wad setter dim (inside outside and length (and if possible where the fingers start)) 3. Crimp black metal holder (I see you have it now in this video) Could you let me know the height from the loader base of it where the shell fits in? I would be truly thankful. (Below is my old post I put on on your last video) Your primer station should have a small spring that holds the outside rim up above the center piece so you can set the primer in the hole on the center piece and then outside will compress down and the primer presses into the shell. You can find a spring easy if you go to a sprinkler store and find one that fits the gap. (dia .75" and length 1"). For your wad station, it is easiest to set the shell in the location 3, pull the wad centerer down and sit it on the shell. You then put your wad on the top bar and pull down the lever to push it in all automatically. Also you should put a small piece of paper/thin cardboard on top of your shot before you crimp. This will lock in the shot and help protect your shell when shooting. I was hoping you could help me! I also have this same Lyman easy loader. However, I've lost the 2 primer set metal pieces you show here. Could you send me a diameter/length of each piece? I've also lost the wad aluminum inserter. Could you send me length and inner and outer diameters of it? Thank you so much if you can! I hope to make new ones (3D printer). I will watch here for an answer. Thank you.

Thank you for the priming parts "show"!! I have a newer generation 100sl and it is missing that primer "pin". Im searching but fear Ill have to make one... Tgat "piston" looking cup measures wad pressure. Remember this was made when fiber wads was how shot shells was built. I made a washer to fit atop that heavy spring on mine.

hi just a note think you say it doesnt resize..... ive got one of thease in the uk if you look on station 5 the full crimp at the bottom is a black resizing ring very very unusual that it resizes on the final crimp but thats why it ejects the case out because it has resized the brass hope this helps

didn't see where i said that but yes the last stage finishes the crimp and sizes the shell. cheers...
