Well yes its still TB. I got my CBNAAT reports yesterday and it was negative too this means that TB is not active in chest area and it is not spreadable to other person bt the TB patient should be cautious while going to Hospital or any other area where there can be any infection because the immunity is weak of the patient. And my CBNAAT sample was taken from lymph nodes i.e. around my neck area. Both left n right side. And all the above detail are given by my dr.

Sir I felt 2 swollen lymph nodes on my right side of the neck on July 2023 it was not to large I took it lightly but one day I felt hardness and very little pain in August it was increased in the size at that time and in September on my left side of the neck another lymph node got swollen I went to Government doctor thag gave medicine did x-rays of my lungs did HIV test , blood test everything was fine but still they told to eat medicine and the lymph node didn't reduced so I went to another doctor they told that I will have do a surgery but I told my father I don't want it is not paining also so leave it we will see what is happening in the next two months amd now on 31 st December the size of the lymph node is deceased so much it is left very little and I also felt swollen lymph node on my groin area but thag is also healed but on the neck it is left little bit it is December 31 st what to do next can you plzz Suggest and I am physically very well no fever no pain nothing but still I scare can you plzz Suggest something

Sir! I had a lump on my neck in 2015 which I tested from a doctor..they did an injection biopsy from the lump and found out that it was TB of the lymphnodes.. They suggested me to take free medication from a government TB hospital nearby.. the medicine consists of 6 to 7 tablets which I was prescribed to take 3 times a week. I had some crazy side effects like stomach pain.. But I think the medicine was still working because the lump got very smaller in size after one month of medication so I quit medication.. I thought I’ll be alright! Then after 1 year I got fever and I had multiple very tiny lymph nodes on my neck which was painful and irritating. I don’t know but I’ve ignored it but years later I still have the pain.. I’m very concerned now. Please help!

Go for a surgical biopsy. I had a lump in my neck, so I got it removed through a surgical biopsy.
