I have Lynch (MSH2) and have found this to be the most understandable and informative video explaining it; I do have colonoscopies annually and had a complete hysterectomy. Can't have cancer of what you don't have.

My grandfather had stomach, colon, and finally kidney cancer. My father (his son) had colon cancer. So far none my father's kids have cancer (3 of us). However, my sister's oldest son had colon cancer several years ago and he was 39. I'm beginning to think my family may have Lynch Syndrome. I read about it recently by accident while scrolling the internet.

Please do a video on the microbiota and the regulation of autoimmune disease such as guillain barre. Look up Bifidobacterium infantis and guillain barre and apply this logic to multiple sclerosis & other demyelinating illnesses. The microbiota can mitigate risk of colon cancer. Males above 50 who took one course of antibiotics after 50 are 60% more likely to get colon cancer. Please do a video on this. Please do a video on MS/GBS and microbiome. It hasn't been spoken about largely and needs attention. It may be the 'cure'. It may pose an effective treatment option for acute GBS and progressive/relapsing MS.

My dad just had his rectum removed due to cancer. It’s been a long, rough road.

My dad and I both have Lynch Syndrome we have MSH2. We both go for yearly cancer screenings. We got it from my grandmother as she had cancer, and 3 of my dad's siblings had cancer and died. My dad had colon cancer in 2013 and he had a pre-cancerous lesion on his duodenum in 2020. And now a few days ago he went for colonoscopy and endoscopy and they found a 10cm mass in his rectum.

My husband has lynch. He had colon cancer at 34. We are thinking about having a baby, but I am not sure what my child would tell us when they have to do yearly screening. How do you feel about inheriting this syndrome from your dad 😕
@sagarikamukund60562 жыл бұрын
Get total colectomy it helps.
@MissLarens4 ай бұрын
Maybe not on time but you can do in vitro and they can make sure your child won't inherite the condition. Good luck.

Im lynch syndrome with mlh1 gene mutation, and my first cancer was obstructive carcinoma of my bowel, age 23 years old, my brother who died of invasive carcinoma of his bowel, liver and spine, age 29, my younger sister, my niece developed endometrial cancer, they both had every female internal organ removed , both very young women, I just want to correct your statement about lynch syndrome age related risk, is much younger than you stated, as my professor of gastroenterolgy stated to me the that it would have started growing before the age of 20 years old

My mother just got diagnosed with colorectal cancer but she is elderly. They are giving her the test to see if she has lynch syndrome. I probably have it because I’ve had some trouble for awhile.

Dear Dr. please note at 8:30 minutes you are showing a picture of endometrial cancer but you have chosen the uterine cervical site, not the endometrium.

I don’t think meat is the culprit as much as all the stuff they put into the animals that are farmed to feed us. Hormones, antibiotics, anti microbials …etc
