It's amazing that an otherwise gorgeous woman fades to the background when Lynn shows up.

Ah, Rebecca and Lynn. What is it about Ireland that produces these beautiful and talented Irish lassies.

Hey us lads aren't bad-looking either but I couldn't agree more.

This is a song that small children learn in primary school. I was about five when I learnt it. Hilarious to think that professional singers are using it in a concert. It's like singing "Baa Baa Black Sheep" to a paying audience.

I mean, if Baa Baa Black Sheep was orchestrated like this, I'd pay to hear it

Since I'm not from Ireland, I was very happy to get to know this beautiful song here in this very beautiful version.

Traditional folk tunes can sometimes be like that. The Pogues included an instrumental version of it on one of their albums.

Usually only a part of the lyrics is adapted and performed. Scarborough Fair is another example

beautiful song, beautiful singers, but their pronunciation of Irish hurts my ears. I'll always wonder why so many Irish people whose 1st language isn't Irish never manage to pronounce sounds that don't exist in English. The Irish genuine sounds aren't that difficult to pronounce...

Sadly true. Their pronunciation isn't terrible but it could be better.
